Wij hebben vandaag onze eerste elektrische werkbus aangekocht bij BAS World, onder deskundige begeleiding van Rick. Het proces was snel, duidelijk en zonder poespas. Auto was perfect zoals omschreven, ondanks mijn last minute besluit om te komen kijken zijn wij keurig ontvangen. Omdat de auto onvoldoende was geladen voor een goede proefrit(wij kwamen onaangekondigd), hebben we afgesproken dat deze direct opgeladen zou worden en we de volgende ochtend de proefrit konden maken. Auto stond keurig geladen klaar en rijd zoals verwacht. Overschrijven werd ter plekke afgehandeld. Al met al een fijne ervaring, wanneer een van onze bussen vervangen moet worden komen we zeker terug.

Mijn ervaring met BAS World voldeed niet aan mijn verwachtingen\.
Ik vond een bestelwagen op Marktplaats die mijn interesse wekte en nam contact op met het bedrijf\. Ze reageerden snel op mijn eerste bericht, maar beantwoordden niet al mijn vragen\. Toen ik later om aanvullende informatie over de prijs vroeg, duurde het twee dagen voordat ik een reactie kreeg\.
Vanwege mijn interesse ben ik van Geleen naar Veghel gereisd om het voertuig persoonlijk te bekijken\. De ontvangst was correct en professioneel, en ik waardeerde het dat men mij in het Spaans kon helpen\.
Bij het bekijken van de bestelwagen merkte ik verschillende punten op die niet overeenkwamen met mijn verwachtingen\. Het voertuig, geadverteerd voor €10\.900, startte aanvankelijk niet vanwege een lege accu, waardoor een startbooster nodig was\. Nadat het voertuig was gestart, gaf het dashboard een laag oliepeil aan en was de brandstoftank vrijwel leeg\.
Daarnaast bleek dat de geadverteerde prijs geen garantie en geen APK omvatte\. Eventueel onderhoud, zoals een nieuwe accu of een oliewissel, bracht extra kosten met zich mee\. Deze informatie wordt niet duidelijk vermeld in de advertenties of op de website, wat kan leiden tot verschillen tussen de verwachte prijs en de uiteindelijke kosten\.
Uiteindelijk werd er geen overeenkomst bereikt\. Mijn beoordeling is niet gericht op het personeel, dat mij correct heeft behandeld, maar op het gebrek aan duidelijkheid over de staat van het voertuig en de bijkomende kosten\.
Ik ben van mening dat het aanbevelenswaardig is om de transparantie van de verstrekte informatie te verbeteren, zodat klanten beter geïnformeerde beslissingen kunnen nemen\.

Fantastische ervaring gehad bij Basworld met verkoper Rick. Vanaf het eerste contact super professioneel geholpen, eerlijk en duidelijk, zonder mooie praatjes of gedoe. Gewoon recht door zee en alles perfect geregeld van begin tot eind.
Mijn Toyota ProAce City stond er keurig netjes bij en alles was precies zoals afgesproken. Rick weet waar hij over praat en neemt je serieus mee in het traject. Dat geeft vertrouwen, zeker bij de aankoop van een bedrijfswagen.
Absoluut een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een betrouwbare partij en goede service. De volgende keer dat ik weer een auto nodig heb, bel ik zonder twijfel eerst Rick, Topservice!
